Firstly, prepare all the 3 chutneys and keep them ready.
Secondly, keep all the chopped vegetables ready on a plate.
Now arrange all the Papdis or puris on a plate.
Add Dates chutney first, this will keep the Papdis moist and will also taste good.
Place finely chopped potato chunks on the Puris.
Place some finely chopped Onion chunks on that.
Now add finely chopped Tomato chunks, sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
Add Dates chutney, Coriander chutney, and Garlic chutney on it.
Sprinkle Nylon Sev on each puri, add some chana dal and finely garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it immediately.
