Recipe of Red grapes and Cheese Crostini

  • 3-4 Bread slices white or brown
  • 3-4 Cheese slices
  • 1 cup halved and seedless Red grapes
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • For garnish fresh Rosemary
  • as per taste Black pepper and salt


  • Apply butter on all the bread slices, place it on a nonstick pan, and toast it on one side on a medium flame.
  • Now flip the side and place cheese slices, halved and seedless red grapes on the bread slices and toast it on a medium flame till the cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and garnish with fresh rosemary.
  • Drizzle some olive oil just before serving these beauties.
