Prepare homemade cottage cheese at home in advance and refrigerate it.
Blend together home-made Cottage cheese (paneer), hung curd Greek Yogurt) and icing sugar until it is soft and fluffy.
Soak the gelatin in water and microwave for 20 seconds.
Now add gelatin to the above cream cheese mixture and mix well immediately with a beater so that no lumps are formed.
Crush 4-5 Oreos very finely and add to the above cream mixture.
Remove the Oreo base from the refrigerator and pour the above Oreo Cream cheese mixture on the set base.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly and top it with more chunks of Oreo Biscuits.
Set this Oreo Cheesecake tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the cream cheese has become firm and sets properly.
Remove this Oreo cheesecake Tart from the refrigerator and slice it into pieces just before serving it.
