Boil sweet potatoes in a pressure pan till 2 whistles.
Meanwhile, roast the peanuts on a medium flame till 4-5 minutes stirring continuously.
Once the peanuts are roasted remove it on a plate and let it cool under a room temperature.
Open the whistle of the pressure pan and remove sweet potatoes and let it cool for a minute.
Now peel them and mash them with your hands and keep it in a plate.
Now remove the outer skin of peanuts and grind them coarsely in a grinder.
Add the coarse peanuts in mashed sweet potato.
Now all chili-ginger paste, lemon juice, pepper powder, cumin powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt in the mixture.
Mix everything well so that all the spices are mixed together.
Do not over mix it as the stuffing may become very soggy.
Now remove the stuffing in a bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the stuffing from the refrigerator and make small balls out of it.
Heat oil in a pan and keep it on a medium flame.
Take Arrowroot powder into a plate and roll all the balls in it.
Once the oil is hot add the poppers and deep fry on a medium flame until gold and crispy.
Remove it on a kitchen napkin to remove excess oil.
Serve them hot with Farali Chutney or Raita.
