Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup Frozen Peach diced
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango diced
  • ½ cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups Fat-free Cold milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Soak Chia seeds in a cup of water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add frozen peaches, frozen mangoes, fat-free milk, oats, and ice in a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Add honey if you are using it and top it with chia seeds and serve it cold.
