How to fry Aloo and Paneer
Firstly, peel the boiled potatoes and dice into medium chunks, and keep it aside.
Same way dice paneer into medium cubes and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a pan and once it's hot, first fry potato cubes on a medium flame till they turn crispy and brown in color. Sprinkle some salt and keep it aside on a plate.
Fry paneer cubes also in the same oil till they are slightly brown. Sprinkle some salt and keep it aside on a plate.
Method for Gravy
Chop onion, ginger, and garlic into small chunks, add all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth paste. You can add 2 or 3 drops of water to this to puree the paste.
Now heat oil in a pan, once hot add onion paste and saute for 3-4 minutes till separates.
Now add all the spices and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree in the onion gravy and mix well and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously.
Add honey, salt, and garam masala to the gravy and cook for a minute.
Finally, add fried potatoes and paneer to the gravy, mix well, and cook for another minute.
Switch off the flame and add fresh cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve this curry hot with roti, naan, or puris.
