Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup Yogurt/curd
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1 tsp cumin/jeera powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, keep all the ingredients ready for the raita.
  • Now add salt, sugar, and whisk yogurt/curd till there are no lumps.
  • Add grated carrots in the yogurt and mix well.
  • Also add green chilies, cumin powder, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve well.
