These Flour Tortillas are made with a combination of all-purpose flour and wheat flour. It is a very simple recipe that comes together so quickly.

Firstly, combine both the flours in a broad vessel and add salt as per taste.
Now add 3-4 tsp of cooking oil to the flour.
Add enough water and knead the dough till it is soft. Keep the dough aside for 30 minutes before making flour tortillas.
Now divide the dough into 20 equal balls and roll each portion into a medium circle using a little plain flour for rolling.
Heat a non-stick tawa and place one tortilla at a time.
Cook each tortilla till light brown spots appear on both sides.
Repeat the same procedure with all the tortillas and consume them as needed.
