Ingredients
 
 

  • 300 grams Parle G Biscuit
  • 1 ½ cups of Cold Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tbsp Mixed Nuts Almonds, Pistachios, and Dry Rose Petals

Instructions
 

  • Firstly pre-heat the oven at 180 C for about  2o minutes and keep all the ingredients required for the cake ready.
  • Break Parle G Biscuits into small pieces and grind them into fine powder in a grinder.
  • Now pass it through a sieve and keep that fine powder in a bowl.
  • Add half quantity of milk at this time and mix it.
  • Now add baking powder, baking soda, oil, and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • At this point add the rest of the milk and mix. It should be like a smooth batter without any lumps.
  • Now grease a cake pan and dust it with all-purpose flour.
  • Pour the Parle G Cake Batter in the cake tin and sprinkle chopped almonds, pistachios, and dry rose petals on the top of it.
  • Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes till the cake is brown and leaves the aroma.
  • Insert a toothpick into the cake, if it comes out clean then switch off the Oven and remove the cake, and transfer on to the cooling rack.
  • Once the cake cools down, cut into slices and serve it.
