Firstly pre-heat the oven at 180 C for about 2o minutes and keep all the ingredients required for the cake ready.
Break Parle G Biscuits into small pieces and grind them into fine powder in a grinder.
Now pass it through a sieve and keep that fine powder in a bowl.
Add half quantity of milk at this time and mix it.
Now add baking powder, baking soda, oil, and vanilla essence and mix well.
At this point add the rest of the milk and mix. It should be like a smooth batter without any lumps.
Now grease a cake pan and dust it with all-purpose flour.
Pour the Parle G Cake Batter in the cake tin and sprinkle chopped almonds, pistachios, and dry rose petals on the top of it.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes till the cake is brown and leaves the aroma.
Insert a toothpick into the cake, if it comes out clean then switch off the Oven and remove the cake, and transfer on to the cooling rack.
Once the cake cools down, cut into slices and serve it.
