Pina Colada Smoothie

Simply cool down and refresh with this tropical Pina Colada Smoothie. This Vegan smoothie is my go-to breakfast in a glass which keeps me hydrated and satiated till lunchtime.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender as shown in the picture.
  • Blend it well into a smoothie till there are no chunks left.

Notes

1. Add little water or ice cubes to get the desired consistency.
2. You can use coconut milk instead of coconut water, which works well too.
