Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4-5 cubes ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the carrots and cucumbers and dice them into small chunks.
  • Take a blender and throw the diced chunks and add yogurt.
  • Blend it well till its smooth and now add sugar and salt.
  • Finally, add the ice cubes and pulse it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cool and a healthy smoothie is ready for the go.
