Recipe of Coconut Roughs

These soft little Coconut Roughs are filled with desiccated coconut and they are chocolaty. It’s such a rewarding and delicious treat for your kids or anyone who loves chocolates. It hardly takes any time to make this. You can also involve kids in preparing this.

Roast the desiccated coconut till golden brown in an oven or a microwave.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 2 minutes.
Mix desiccated coconut and melted chocolate in a bowl and pour it in a silicon mold.
Set it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove the chocolates from the mold and set it aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate with a little cream in a microwave and fill that in a ziplock bag.
Now cut the tip of the ziplock bag and drizzle it on the coconut roughs.
Add some sprinkles on the chocolates and let it cool for 5 minutes.
