These pan coin cheese pizzas with black olives are just so yummy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 coin Pizza bases
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza or tomato sauce
  • 1 small cup butter at room temperature
  • 8-10 black olives chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Apply butter on the top of the bread and place it on the pan that is preheated and cook it till its crispy.
  • Now apply butter on the bottom side and arrange it on the pan.
  • Spread pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives, oregano, and chili flakes on the crispy side.
  • Cover it with a lid for appx a minute till the cheese melts.
  • Once the cheese melts switch off the gas and transfer them on the serving plate.
  • Relish it when it is hot and cheesy.
