Recipe of Double ka Meetha and RAY cooking spray GHEE (Review)

Double ka Meetha is a Hyderabadi sweet dish with crispbread pieces soaked in sugar syrup and topped with Rabri. It's delicious and toothsome.

HOW TO USE RAY COOKING SPRAY-
Cut the cores of the bread slices, cut them into halves and keep it aside.
Take a non-stick pan and heat it on a medium flame. Once its hot spray Ray Ghee cooking spray on it and add 5 bread slices on it.
Let it toast on a medium flame for a minute and then flip it and add Ray cooking spray on the slices.
Let it toast again for a minute till all the bread slices are brown and crispy.
Repeat the same procedure with all the slices.
FOR RABRI:
Heat full-fat milk on a nonstick pan at medium heat. Let the milk boil for 10 minutes stirring in between.
Add sugar and cardamom powder in the milk and let it boil again for 10 minutes till the milk had thickened.
Switch off the flame and let the milk cool. Once the milk cools down add condensed milk and mix it well.
HOW TO BAKE IT IN OVEN:
Pre-heat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Take an ovenproof dish and layer the bread slices on it.
Pour sugar syrup and Rabri on it and sprinkle some almonds and pistachios on Rabri.
Repeat another layer with the same process and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and sprinkle some rose petals and dry fruits on it and either serve it hot or chill it in the refrigerator and serve it cold.
