Make paneer or chenna from 1 1/2 liter milk by adding lime juice to boiling milk
Grease a non-stick pan with little ghee and add the paneer and condensed milk.
Mix well and heat the above mixture on medium heat for appx 5-7 minutes till it leaves the side of the pan.
Now add cardamom powder and saffron (soak saffron strands in warm milk for 5 minutes) to it and mix for another 1-2 minutes till it is incorporated properly.
Switch off the gas and let the laddoo mixture cool for 5-7 minutes.
