Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ cup Instant Oats
  • 1 small cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 small cup Boiled Sweet corn
  • 1 small cup Boiled Green Peas
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 ts cumin seeds jeera
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • For Garnishing
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and soak the oats in water for 5 mins and then drain off the excess water.
  • Heat the pan and add olive oil, once its hot add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds | jeera
  • Once it starts spluttering add the chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Heat till the onions are translucent, now add boiled corn and peas.
  • Lower the heat add salt, a pinch of turmeric powder, and oats.
  • Mix well so that the oats do not break.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add lime juice and shredded fresh coconut for garnishing.
  • Oats Poha is ready to serve.
