Peppermint fudge is sweet, gooey, and delicious. It is made with peppermint candy crush, condensed milk, and white chocolate. Kids will love it as well as adults.

Line a pan or dish with baking paper.
Combine the condensed milk, sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat for around 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add the peppermint essence. Check the taste, and add more peppermint if desired.
Pour into the pan, sprinkle over crushed candy cane, and chill until set.
Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
