Small Potlis made of homemade pizza dough and then stuffed with cheese and vegetables. Further, these Potli Pizzas are baked in an oven for that perfect crunch from outside and gooey melted cheese from inside.

How to make homemade pizza dough: Ferment the yeast with sugar and water and keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.
Sieve the flour in a big bowl and add the yeast.
Knead the dough adding water slowly and work with the dough till smooth.
Now add the oil and work further or 2-3 minutes till it is soft.
Rest the dough for at least 30 minutes in a dark and warm place.
Once the dough is fermented knead it again and roll into a rectangular sheet and cut it into round shape using a cookie cutter.
How to Proceed: Spread the pizza sauce in the center and the above filling and sprinkle cheese.
Fold it like a potli and seal it properly.
Grease the baking tray with a baking sheet and pre-heat the oven.
Bake the potli pizzas in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes till they are golden and crispy.
Once baked remove it from the oven and serve it hot.
