  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 Ice cubes

  • In a blender combine chopped strawberries, oats, yogurt, sugar, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve it chilled.
