This pick-me-up tomato and ginger cooler is so perfect to quench your thirst. It surely does the trick and is a less complicated affair. You can prepare it from the very basic ingredients which are easily available in your refrigerator.

Take tomato pieces in a blender jar.
Add some water and blend it completely.
Now strain the mixture properly and pour it in a jar.
Add the sugar syrup, grated ginger, chat masala, and salt in the jar.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Now take your serving glasses and rim it with black salt.
Add a few mint leaves and muddle.
Add some ice cubes and pour the prepared juice.
Top it up with some more mint leaves.
Serve the chilled cooler immediately.
