Recipe of Vegan Bruschetta with Alfalfa Sprouts

These Vegan Bruschettas  with Alfalfa sprouts and exotic stir fry vegetables  are super healthy, gorgeous, and delicious. They are cooked with tons of vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli along with nice aroma from oregano.

HOW TO START WITH THE PREPARATIONS: Chop all the vegetables into small chunks and keep it in a bowl.
Rinse alfalfa sprouts with warm water preferably and strain it.
Remove the water from it and keep it in a bowl.
Mince garlic and keep it in a bowl.
HOW TO STIR FRY VEGETABLES: Heat a non-stick wok and add Olive oil to it.
Once the oil is hot add minced garlic and saute it for 20 seconds.
Now add chopped onions and bell peppers in it.
Saute it for another minute and now add the rest of the vegetables in it.
Stir it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, oregano, pepper powder and chili flakes in the stir-fry vegetables.
Stir for another minute or till all the vegetables are tender and all the spices are well incorporated.
HOW TO PROCEED: Heat the pan and place the toasted baguette slices on it.
Add tomato ketchup on the slices and top it with a small portion of stir-fry vegetables and with some alfalfa sprouts.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it warm for few seconds.
Serve it immediately with a warm bowl of soup.
