Ingredients
 
 

  • 8 slices Brown bread
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups Grated pink radish
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter at room temperature
  • 1 small bunch lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add the grated carrots, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, pepper powder, and salt.
  • Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl and mix the grated radish, chaat masala and keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl and add the hand-torn lettuce and red bell pepper slices.
  • Mix salt and pepper powder and keep it aside.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

  • Apply butter on one of the sides of all the slices.
  • Now spoon the carrot and mayo mixture on one slice.
  • Fill the second slice with lettuce leaves and slices of red bell pepper.
  • Finally, spoon the radish mixture on the third slice and cover your clubhouse sandwich with the fourth slice of bread.
