Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 medium-size onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium-size tomato finely chopped
  • 2 small potatoes boiled and diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Rajkot sukha chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ cup sev
  • 4-5 papdis
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • a handful of pomegranate seeds for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Keep chopped onion, tomato, and potatoes ready in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt, and roast puffed rice or mamra for 2-3 minutes till they are crunchy.
  • Now take puffed rice in a bowl and start by mixing all the vegetables in it.
  • Add Rajkot Sukha chutney in the above mixture.
  • Add Chaat masala also in that.
  • Give it a quick stir and add papdis and sev in the sukha bhel.
  • Finally, garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds and serve.
