Keep chopped onion, tomato, and potatoes ready in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt, and roast puffed rice or mamra for 2-3 minutes till they are crunchy.
Now take puffed rice in a bowl and start by mixing all the vegetables in it.
Add Rajkot Sukha chutney in the above mixture.
Add Chaat masala also in that.
Give it a quick stir and add papdis and sev in the sukha bhel.
Finally, garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds and serve.
