Baby Corn Stir Fry

Ingredients (1/2)

  • 8-10 Baby Corn
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 capsicum thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/ cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • For Slurry:
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic sauce

  • 1 cup of water

Step 1 of 5

Firstly, chop all the vegetables and keep them ready.

Step 2 of 5

Secondly, heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic, once it turns aromatic, add all the vegetables in it.

Step 3 of 5

Now add salt,  pepper powder, and stir fry all the vegetables on high flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring in between.

Step 4 of 5

Now make a slurry by mixing cornflour, tomato ketchup, garlic sauce, and water. Whisk it till there are no lumps.

Step 5 of 5

Finally, add the slurry in the pan and cook the vegetables for another3-4 minutes till everything is well combined and cooked al dente.
