Beetroot Green Peas And Coconut Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size boiled beetroots
  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut slices
  • a handful of watermelon seeds
  • a handful of mixed dry herbs
  • For the dressing-
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 of 5

Mix all the salad dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well and keep it aside for a while.

Step 2 of 5

Take a bowl and mix all the salad ingredients and keep it aside.

Step 3 of 5

Now pour the dressing in the salad bowl and toss well till it's combined properly.

Step 4 of 5

This salad tastes best when it is fresh.

Step 5 of 5

I will not recommend storing this salad to consume it for the next day. So prepare the exact quantity that will suffice for one time.
