Carrot Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4-5 cubes ice

Step 1 of 5

Peel the carrots and cucumbers and dice them into small chunks.

Step 2 of 5

Take a blender and throw the diced chunks and add yogurt.

Step 3 of 5

Blend it well till its smooth and now add sugar and salt.

Step 4 of 5

Finally, add the ice cubes and pulse it for 1-2 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Cool and a healthy smoothie is ready for the go.
