Carrot Cucumber Smoothie

Smoothies are a refreshing way to start my day. This Carrot Cucumber Smoothie is a boost of vitamins and energy and also low in calories. It’s unique and infuses the fresh flavors of cucumbers and carrots.

Recipe of Carrot Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 carrots
1 Cucumber
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4-5 cubes ice

Method:

1. Peel the carrots and cucumbers and dice them into small chunks.

2. Take a blender and throw the diced chunks and add yogurt.

3. Blend it well till its smooth and now add sugar and salt.

4. Finally add the ice cubes and pulse it for 1-2 minutes.

5. Cool and a healthy smoothie is ready for the go.
