Carrot Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt/curd
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin/jeera powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • A handful of finely chopped coriander leaves

Step 1 of 5

Firstly, keep all the ingredients ready for the raita.

Step 2 of 5

Now add salt, sugar, and whisk yogurt/curd till there are no lumps.

Step 3 of 5

Add grated carrots in the yogurt and mix well.

Step 4 of 5

Also add green chilies, cumin powder, and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 5 of 5

Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve well.
