Chocolaty Kalakand with White Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups-Homemade Grated paneer
  • 1 cup-Condensed milk
  • 2 tsp-Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp-ghee
  • 1 tbsp-White chocolate chips to garnish

Step 1 of 8

In a pan combine the paneer and condensed milk and mix it evenly without any lumps.

Cook the mixture at the medium-low flame for 10 minutes and add in the cocoa powder.

Step 3 of 8

Now cook this mixture with the cocoa powder for 2 minutes.

Step 4 of 8

Mix and stir well till it comes to a whole lump leaving the sides of the pan.

Step 5 of 8

Grease a plate with ghee and transfer this to the greased plate and allow this to cool.

Step 6 of 8

Now garnish it with white chocolate chips and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 7 of 8

Once chilled remove from the refrigerator and cut this into squares with a sharp greased knife.

Step 8 of 8

Store in a refrigerator in an airtight box.
