Chocolaty Kalakand with White Chocolate Chips

This Chocolaty Kalakand is just so soft and chewy that it melts in your mouth right away. My refrigerator is always stocked with homemade paneer. As my family is very fond of sweets I made this chocolate kalakand for them. It was yummy…delicious and healthy as well. It vanished in no time and everybody had smiles on their face.

Recipe of Chocolaty Kalakand with White Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

2 cups-Homemade Grated paneer
1 cup-Condensed milk
2 tsp-Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp-ghee
1 tbsp-White chocolate chips to garnish

Method:

1. In a pan combine the paneer and condensed milk and mix it evenly without any lumps.

2. Cook the mixture at medium-low flame for 10 minutes and add in the cocoa powder.

3. Now cook this mixture with the cocoa powder for 2 minutes.

4. Mix and stir well till it comes to a whole lump leaving the sides of the pan.

5. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer this to the greased plate and allow this to cool.

7. Now garnish it with white chocolate chips and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

8. Once chilled remove from the refrigerator and cut this into squares with a sharp greased knife.

9. Store in a refrigerator in an airtight box.
