Double ka Meetha and RAY cooking spray GHEE review!!

Ingredients

  • 10 slices White bread
  • Ray cooking spray Ghee
  • 1- liter Full fat milk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 th cup Condensed milk
  • 2 cups Simple sugar syrup
  • For Garnish Almond and Pistachio flakes

Step 1 of 8

Cut the cores of the bread slices, cut them into halves and keep it aside.

Step 2 of 8

Take a non-stick pan and heat it on a medium flame. Once its hot spray Ray Ghee cooking spray on it and add 5 bread slices on it.

Step 3 of 8

Let it toast on a medium flame for a minute and then flip it and add Ray cooking spray on the slices.

Step 4 of 8

Let it toast again for a minute till all the bread slices are brown and crispy.

Step 5 of 8

Repeat the same procedure with all the slices.

Step 6 of 8

Heat full-fat milk on a nonstick pan at medium heat. Let the milk boil for 10 minutes stirring in between.

Step 7 of 8

Add sugar and cardamom powder in the milk and let it boil again for 10 minutes till the milk had thickened.

Step 8 of 8

Switch off the flame and let the milk cool. Once the milk cools down add condensed milk and mix it well.
