Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.

Add peas, cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain and run under cold water.

In a food processor, pulse peas, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil for about a minute.
Step 5 of 5
Remove it a bowl and serve it fresh with vegetable Crudités.
