Ingredients (1/2)

  • 600 grams boiled noodles
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 50 grams onions shredded
  • 50 grams julienned red bell pepper
  • 50 grams julienned green bell pepper
  • 100 grams chopped pok choy
  • 100 grams soaked soya nuggets
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 50 grams tomato ketchup
  • 10 ml hot chilli sauce
  • 10 ml vinegar
  • 10 ml soy sauce

  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • salt as per taste
