Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • For Garnishing
  • 1 tsp Pistachio flakes
  • a handful of dry rose petals

Step 1 of 5

Firstly start by preparing mango, for this you will need 1 big ripe Alphonso,  peel the skin of the mango and cut them into small chunks and keep it aside.

Step 2 of 5

Now take a blender and add cold yogurt to it.

Step 3 of 5

Add mango chunks and sugar into the same blender.

Step 4 of 5

Finally, add the ice cubes and blend everything till it comes to a smooth consistency and is creamy.

Step 5 of 5

Pour Mango Lassi into 2 glasses and garnish with pistachio flakes and dry rose petals.
