In a large Salad Bowl, toss all the ingredients and mix well.
Step 2 of 6
Add salt and boil brown rice in hot water till its tender.

Strain the excess water. Take a pan, heat olive oil add onions
Step 4 of 6
and garlic and saute it.
Step 5 of 6
Add brown rice to this and mix well and keep aside.
Step 6 of 6
In a serving plate add Mango salad and serve with brown rice.
