Cut 4 thin slices of cucumber for garnish and keep it aside.

Infuse rosemary sprigs in simple syrup for 30 minutes for maximum flavor.

Peel and chop the rest of the cucumber and transfer to a food processor, add 2 sprigs of rosemary-infused in simple syrup, lemon juice, and puree it.

Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer set over a medium bowl. Press on the solids to extract all the juice.
Step 5 of 8
Divide among 2 ice-filled glasses and top it with Soda.
Step 6 of 8
Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh rosemary sprigs.

Pour equal parts of water and sugar in a saucepan and heat the ingredients until dissolved.
Step 8 of 8
Add any flavor you want. Here I have added rosemary sprigs.
