Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt | curd
  • 3 tbsp Amaranth flour | Rajgira flour
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds | jeera
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 green chilies slit into half
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 tsp sendha namak | rock salt
  • a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it till there are no lumps.
  • Now add 3 tbsp of Amaranth Flour | Rajgira Flour to the yogurt and whisk it again.
  • Add 2 cups of water to the bowl and whisk it well till there are no lumps and boil it on a low flame stirring in between.
  • Now add rock salt and sugar to the kadhi mixture and mix it well. Boil it for 5 minutes till the rajgira kadhi thickens. Stir it occasionally.
  • For the tadka take ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Once they crackle switch off the flame.
  • Add the tadka in the rajgira kadhi and boil it for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve it with Rajgira Poori and Vrat wali aloo ki sabzi.
