1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt preferably made from skim milk 1 cup frozen mangoes ¼ th cup Rolled oats 1 tbsp Honey you can also use Agave syrup Few Slices of fresh mangoes 1 tsp Basil seeds 1 tsp Sunflower seeds ½ cup Mix of chunks of pecan nuts and Cranberries 1 tbsp Tutti fruity
Blend frozen mangoes, Oats, and honey in a food processor or a blender till it is smooth and no chunks are left.
Transfer it into a smoothie bowl and top it up with fresh slices of mangoes, pecan nuts, cranberries, basil seeds, sunflower seeds, and tutti-fruity.
