- 1 cup- hulled and chopped strawberries
- 1 cup- chopped black grape
- 2 cups- cold yogurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp-honey
- Ice cubes optional
Blend Strawberries.. black grape and oats in a blender.
Add honey with chilled yogurt and blend for another 1-minute till it is smooth and blended properly.
Pour into glasses and serve it immediately with ice cubes.
