Step-by-Step Recipe of Baby Corn Stir Fry
Ingredients:
This recipe will serve 2
8-10 Baby Corn
1 onion thinly sliced
1 capsicum thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
1/ cup shredded red cabbage
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt as per taste
1 tsp pepper powder
For Slurry:
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic sauce
1 cup of water
Method:
1. Firstly, chop all the vegetables and keep them ready.
2. Secondly, heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic, once it turns aromatic, add all the vegetables in it.

3. Now add salt, pepper powder, and stir fry all the vegetables on high flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring in between.
4. Now make a slurry by mixing cornflour, tomato ketchup, garlic sauce, and water. Whisk it till there are no lumps.
5. Finally, add the slurry in the pan and cook the vegetables for another3-4 minutes till everything is well combined and cooked al dente.
Notes:
- Use fresh veggies for this recipe.
- You can use green chilies if you want to make it spicy.
- Stir fry the vegetables on medium to high flame and keep an eye on it, stir in between.
- Serve this stir fry baby corn hot as a side dish.
