Global Fusion Grandeur is an epitome of luxury fine dining. It is on the 4th floor of Atria Mall, Worli and this is one of the classiest places to relish scrumptious and elaborate buffet spread. The cuisines served here are mainly Chinese, Japanese, and North Indian.
The ambiance and decor of this place are so attractive and classy. The good vibes start flowing in right from the entrance that is so beautifully decorated. The place is huge and is mainly divided into 2 parts, one brings especially for the vegetarians. The seating arrangements are done so tastefully and every corner is simply beautiful. This place is suitable for throwing big parties and also for celebrating special occasions like birthdays, anniversary.
The staff here are very elite, polite, and cheerful and are very well versed with the dishes served.
The buffet spread here was simply mind-blowing. What I liked the most is that the starters were displayed and we had to select coupons for the one we wish to try. That way they prepare fresh as per the order and also you get to eat it hot. There were also 4 fried starters that were served hot and were so tasty. I also relished the Laksa soup which was so flavorful. The starters that we really relished the most were Spring rolls, corn kababs, rainbow dumplings, tacos, cheese bread, veg stir fry with mock meat, and more.
The most exciting section for me was ample varieties served in veg Sushis that was really nice. Honestly, I had skipped the main course after having so many starters and wanted to keep some appetite for desserts.
The dessert section had so many drool-worthy and delectable cakes, cookies, cheesecakes, pies, and Baskin Robin ice creams. Also, they had Indian sweets like gulGulabmuns, mini malai sandwich, moong dal Sheera to satiate my sweet tooth cravings. It was like a perfect treat to the soul.
