Ingredients:
250 grams White Chocolate compound (best quality)
1 cup mix dry fruits- Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and dry apricots(optional), coarsely chopped
Method:
1. Cover baking pan with parchment.
2. Microwave the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl until chocolate is almost melted, appx 1 minute.
3. Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer.
4. Sprinkle with chopped dry fruits mix and press lightly.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
6. Break into pieces and leave it in a dry and cool area.
7. You can customize your barks with any kind of nuts you like.
8. You can store the barks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
