Recipe of Kaffir Cooler
Ingredients:
8-10 large kaffir lime leaves,
8-10 lemongrass pieces
180ml sugar syrup (made by boiling equal quantities of sugar and water together)
240ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice cubes
Soda water
Method:
1. Divide the kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass pieces, and sugar syrup between the glasses and using the end of a rolling pin lightly crush the leaves and lemongrass pieces.
2. Add the soda water, lime juice, and ice and stir well. Stir once more and garnish with kaffir lime leaves and straw.
