Recipe of Black Jamun Cooler
Ingredients:
2 cups Pitted Jamuns
1/2 cup Sugar syrup
2 tbsp Fresh lime squeezed
150 ml Soda
1 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Salt
Ice cubes
Mint sprigs to garnish
Method:
HOW TO PROCEED
1. Blend all the above ingredients except the soda in a food processor.
2. Blend it to a smooth puree.
3. Fill half of the glass with puree.
4. Top it up with chilled soda.
5. Garnish with few mint sprigs and lime.
6· Add more ice cubes to make it more chilled.
