This Blue Bonkers Cocktail | Blue Curacao is very refreshing with striking blue color. It’s a perfect Blue Drink for that special evening for 2 as it will sway you away. Need I say more!!! As the name says it all…it will make you go Bonkers!!
What is Blue Curacao??
Curacao | Curaçao is a liqueur that has an orange flavor to it. It gets this flavor from the peels of the laraha citrus fruit that is grown on the island of Curacao (which is where the name comes from).
This Syrup is basically colorless, but to make it look striking blue color is added to it. There are many drinks that can be made with this syrup. But this Blue Bonkers is one of my favorites. It sets the right mood for the weekend and just one glass will make you merry!
Recipe of Blue Bonkers Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz Blue curacao syrup
60 ml Vodka of your choice
300 ml Sprite
Fresh mint sprigs
Ice cubes
Method:
1. Take a cocktail shaker and add 1/2 oz of blue curacao, 300 ml Vodka, 150 ml Sprite, and ice cubes.
2. Shake it or Stir it well and serve it in a glass.
3. Top it up with fresh mint sprigs.
4. Repeat the same process for the second glass.

- Garnish it up with fresh mint sprigs.
