Ingredients

1 medium sized dragon fruit (peeled and diced)
1 medium sized Pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp Yogurt
2 tsp Honey
Ice cubes (optional)
Edible flowers to Garnish

Features:

    Dragon fruit looks somewhat like white kiwi and has very mild taste. It is bright colored interesting looking fruit that is grown in South East Asia. It is high in vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, fiber, and antioxidants. While the flesh of dragon fruit does not have any fat, the seeds and center contain some healthy monounsaturated fats and protein. Dragon fruits are also a good source of dietary fibre. While talking about pomegranates we all know that's one of the super foods that is also rich in anti-oxidants. This smoothie jar is not less than a super energy booster and detox drink that one can have it in the morning. Use honey as a sweetener and you are set to start your day. Appeals even better when it is served in a cute jar that's all dolled up with fresh edible flowers.

I guess everyone here surely looks up for some refreshing and hearty drink that they can savor every morning in this scorching heat. This dragon fruit and pomegranate  smoothie with oats and honey is exactly that drink that surfaces in front of my eyes when I want something substantial to kick start my day.

    Blend all the above ingredients in a blender till smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want it to be cold. Pour it into a nice jar, garnish it with edible flowers, pomegranates and serve.
