Ingredients

2 cups fresh mulberries
2 cups fresh kiwis
1 cup sugar
1 tsp black salt
5-6 ice cubes

FRESH MULBERRY AND KIWI SMOOTHIE

When I am in the mood for a quick healthy on-the-go meal‚ I generally prefer smoothies. This is such a refreshing and a total energy booster drink. The tangy sweet flavors of mulberry and kiwi makes a nice and a unique combination. The goodness of berry and the tartness of kiwi brings a new dimension to this smoothie.

Method-

Clean and wash the mulberries .
Peel the kiwi and chop into big chunks.
Take a blender jar and blend the mulberries with 3-4 ice cubes.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well and keep it aside in a jug.
Now blend the kiwi chunks with little water and 3-4 ice cubes, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp of black salt.
Mix well and pour it into the jar.
How to proceed-
Take 2 tall glasses and fill half of the glass with the mulberry juice.
Now pour in the kiwi juice.
Swirl little bit so that both the juices are mixed.
Top it up with the remaining juices.
Put some ice cubes in it and enjoy the chilled juice .
