Imagine sitting while at the comfort of your chair and acquiring the taste of different states of India!! Well, to me that sounds very promising and interesting.
Moreover, I can vouch that Sahara Star is the best hospitality brand that connects with its guests and succeeds to reach their hearts. Why else they would think about such a theme? I mean common we are all missing traveling and let’s accept also eating good food outside. I assume many of us have not yet traveled for a year, Trust me I can feel that pain !!
But have to say that I surely got a glimpse of something that I was missing. Yeah, I am talking about the flavorsome and the variety of food. The food that I ate today totally blew my mind, mainly for 2 reasons, firstly, there were specialty dishes from various states of India and secondly, the flavors and taste was par excellence. Moreover, the velvety and satiny chocolate fountain with chocolate pops simply made the whole experience Foodgasmic.

- Most importantly, the sanitization and hygiene measures were taken good care of.
- The team, staff, chefs were very polite, friendly, and approachable.
- There was also a contactless delivery that was very assuring.
- The buffet menu was very exhaustive with plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
- The spread was very attractive and there was plenty of room for navigation between counters. This made it very easy for the guests to look around and decide on what to eat.
- Decor and layout were very eye-pleasing and attractive.

Highlights of the Buffet
With such an array of lip-smacking Indian fare, it would be unfair to not mention the varieties they offer. So from East to West and North to South, they have covered many specialties of the different states of India. There were counters that served Thukpa Soup, Chow Mein, Parathas, Paniyrams, Chaat items, Gujarati savories, Punjabi dals, Mughlai kababs, Lucknowi Galaouti kababs, and much more. There were also fusion dishes that were very attractive and unique.
The main attraction was the divine and widespread of desserts. From my favorite and seasonal Gajar Halwa to cheesecakes, Strawberry profiteroles, macaroons to fusion Thandai cheesecake, Boondi cheesecake, colorful bite pastries, and the list just goes on. Live Jalebis and Kulfi Falooda counters were simply attracting me like a moth to a flame. It was an absolute guilty pleasure relishing those desserts.
To sum it up, it was nothing less than an extravagant and luxurious dining experience here at The Earth Plate. I suggest you plan a lavish brunch here as they also have many different themes coming up in the next couple of months. Honestly, I am already looking forward to their Valentine’s Strawberry and Champagne theme brunch!!
After staying at home for so long, people have now actually yearned to go out and cherish the good old days. Well, there is no such proof that we are going to be safe, but that shouldn’t stop us from living too. With proper care and following simple and basic hygiene rules, the least that we can start doing is dining out. Sahara Star surely wins the card by taking all the good precautions and assuring their guest a safe dining experience.
