Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup Curd or Yogurt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin or jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Salty Boondi
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take Curd or yogurt in a bowl and whisk it till it is smooth and lump-free.
  • Secondly, keep minced garlic, all the spices, and boondi ready on a plate.
  • Finally, mix all the ingredients in the curd and chill it for an hour before serving.

Notes

Use fresh curd for this recipe for the best taste.
You can add finely chopped green chili in the raita if you want it spicier.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
