Step-by-Step Recipe of Burhani Raita | Lehsuni Raita

Ingredients:

This recipe will serve 2
1 cup Curd or Yogurt
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin or jeera powder
1 tbsp Salty Boondi
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Firstly, take Curd or yogurt in a bowl and whisk it till it is smooth and lump-free.

2. Secondly, keep minced garlic, all the spices, and boondi ready on a plate.

3. Finally, mix all the ingredients in the curd and chill it for an hour before serving.
